Commercial production kitchen, looking for a capable administrative Coordinator.


Must have knowledge of Excel & google templates to create all kinds of menus etc.

The responsibilities/qualifications of the position include but are not limited to:

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Promptly responding to all incoming phone calls and emails

Experience with catering/event software a HUGE plus

Highly organized with precise attention to detail

Working closely with other departments


Placing orders & following up with back orders

Preventing and troubleshooting any issues that may arise

Must be calm, punctual, motivated with a positive outlook.

Flexible to assist with all food service projects and management needs

Schedule staff ,waiters, chefs, kitchen staff, dishwashers, porters.

Track information for payroll.
