Job Description:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our full-service restaurant under the Leadership of our General Manager. Working closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams, you'll ensure the seamless coordination and execution of all aspects of dining service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, purchasing decisions, creating schedules, and training staff on company policies and procedures. You will cultivate a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and managing any issues during service. As a restaurant Manager, you'll set an example for your team. Your goal is to deliver exceptional dining experiences while ensuring the financial success and growth of the restaurant.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role for the Restaurant Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and motivate a team, a requirement for the General Manager
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling, is essential for the Restaurant Manager
