HIRING SERVER / EXPEDITOR! ($15+/hr)

Server (starting $15/hour)

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making menu recommendations.

- Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order preparation.

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism.

Requirements:

- Previous serving experience is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) is a major plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Must be 18 years or older.

Expeditor (starting $15/hour)

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all orders are prepared and presented according to the restaurant's quality standards.

- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.

- Verify order accuracy and completeness.

- To-go packing are fulfilled promptly and complete.

- Maintain a clean and organized food preparation area.

- Communicate with servers and food runners to facilitate smooth service.

Requirements:

- Experience as a food expeditor or similar role is a plus.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Ability to work well under pressure.

- Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and bilingual Chinese (Mandarin) is a major plus.

- Must be 18 years or older.
