Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Deli/Grill Team Member with a flair for food preparation and a passion for customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fast-paced deli environments, who can efficiently handle customer orders with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of deli and grill items according to customer orders and established standards.

Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, engaging with customers to take verbal orders accurately and swiftly.

Operate deli slicing equipment and grills safely and efficiently.

Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Manage multiple food orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of service.

Assist in inventory management and ensure that all food supplies are adequately stocked.


Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a deli or grill environment.

Demonstrated a history of delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.

Experience in handling verbal customer orders with precision.

Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
