As an Account Director at CoLab, you will help us deliver innovative campaigns for consumers & HCPs.ResponsibilitiesOur team is looking for someone who can provide leadership and guidance to clients while being engaged and passionate about delivering outstanding creative ideas. Beyond that, here’s how you’ll make your mark:
Responsible for understanding the account dynamics and mobilizing CoLab resources to most effectively meet account requirements
Responsible for brand understanding and communicates this understanding within CoLab
Demonstrates significant knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and is comfortable playing a leadership role with client brand teams when needed Value
Develops Strategic Brief marketing goals, brand strategy and other critical marketplace data and direction
Leads brainstorm sessions to generate ideas for new business
Technical concept understanding (web development, application development, databases)
Providing leadership and guidance to your clients while being engaged and passionate about delivering outstanding creative ideas.
Ensure that our clients are being well served, while simultaneously advancing our positioning and growing our client relationships.
QualificationsAcross 7+ years of experience, you know what it takes to slay Client Services. These are the core skills you’ve totally nailed:
Interactive marketing
The ability to rapidly grasp client marketing objectives
The ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts
The ability to manage Accounts with many moving parts
Client management relationship skills
The ability to manage and grow marquee accounts
A knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (HCP and DTC)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to give persuasive presentations that establish personal credibility
Ability to manage multiple client contacts and maintain strong inter-agency relationships
Ability to demonstrate exceptional team management skills
Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks
Relentless attention to detail

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
