With a commitment to design thinking, creativity, and innovation, we bring the heart and soul of DoorDash to life, filling gaps in the user experience with unique, memorable interactions.About the Role As a senior product designer on the Merchant Experience & Integrity team, you will spearhead an exciting new initiative aimed at supporting merchants when issues arise. You’ll delve into merchant journeys to identify creative solutions for their pain points, enhancing user satisfaction while also driving key business metrics. This role goes beyond designing pixels; you’ll act as a domain owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including research, product, engineering, analytics, and business—to shape the team’s vision and strategy.Since this team is in its early stages, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help build its culture and processes from the ground up. Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions

Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship your designs

Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals

Design and ship high-quality product improvements
