PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way.OverviewThe Manager, Value Management role helps drive efficiency and effectiveness gains across Publicis agencies and their clients. We are seeking a driven individual, whose media expertise can add value to our highly visible team. You will report to Executive Vice President, Value Management.This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Support in all areas of rate management and data governance, developing and implementing companywide best practices across all media channels.
Support in ad hoc requests or client direct requests pertaining to rates and value
New Business
Key contributor in New Business pricing submissions, working with PMX and agency leads to determine pricing strategies for competitive pitch submissions.
Support in development of savings guarantees and measurement tactics
Partnerships
Monitor media spend and rates profiles to inform senior management in their partnership and investment conversations
Reporting & Forecasting
Work with PMX directors and agency buying/planning teams to collect, analyze, and present monthly spend and forecasts across PMX agencies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, ideally in advertising or marketing
4+ Years of media agency experience; buying or planning Fundamental understanding of Mediaocean (Prisma/OX) Proficiency in Excel and data management Knowledge of 3rd party media market tools such as Kantar, SMI, SQAD
Experience in New Business or Media Auditing
An entrepreneurial spirit, must be a self-starter that can balance competing priorities

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
