Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.The Contract Compliance Analyst is responsible for providing commercial contract support to the Commercial Sales team at Cepheid. The individual will work with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to provide contractual expertise by consulting with Sales, analyzing, remediating, and reporting on contract compliance for purchase commitments.This position is part of the US Business Operations team in the Commercial Organization and will be Remote. At Cepheid, our vision is to be the leading provider of seamlessly connected diagnostic solutions.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Use your knowledge of contract terms and conditions to analyze contract compliance against purchase commitment for various agreement types, including but not limited to: Placements, Pricing, IDN, GPO, and Amendments.
Provide training, insights, reports, and make recommendations to Sales, Commercial Contracts, Business Operations, Finance, Legal, among others to address and resolve customer noncompliance.
Remediate noncompliant accounts by working with cross functional departments to send noncompliance letters, issue pro forma invoices, and terminate customer contracts.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years related work experience OR Master’s degree with 1+ years related work experience OR Associate's / High School / GED Equivalent with 3+ years related work experience.
"Related Experience" is defined as hands-on contract compliance or contracting experience.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Healthcare or medical device industry experience.
Salesforce.com and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools.
Process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5 Whys.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
