Morgan Investment Management Inc. is one of the longest-standing global private equity programs in the industry. The PEG manages approximately 33 billion of assets on behalf of a diverse group of leading global institutions and individual investors. The team consists of nearly 70 professionals operating from offices in New York, London , Hong Kong and Mumbai . The global investment program includes primary, secondary, and co-investment opportunities. Market segments of focus include buyout, venture capital and growth equity.We are seeking a n Executive Director for the PEG's New York office. This role will source, underwrite and execute private equity secondary investments and contribute to the broader PEG platform.Job Responsibilities

Play a leading role in the sourcing, due diligence and monitoring of private equity secondary investments

Manag e all aspects of the transaction, including deal selection, pricing analysis, negotiation and execution

Train Associates and Analysts throughout the entire investment life cycle

Represent the PEG in the investment community at annual meetings, conferences, and other events

Support business development and fundraising efforts involving the secondary investment strategy

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Minimum 8 years of relevant industry experience ( 10 years of professional experience), including private equity secondary investing (both LP and GP-led experience preferred)

Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and analytical skills

Strong work ethic

Promote and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude
