About the RoleWe're looking for a Senior Strategic Operations Associate to help us scale Uber for Business, one of the most exciting and fastest growing business units at Uber.In this role, you will get to own and execute global projects and initiatives that will drive profitable incremental growth for Uber for Business. You will partner with your cross-functional counterparts to deliver elevated experiences to corporate customers and their employees.This is a hybrid role - our team collaborates in-person out of our incredible office from New York City 3 days/week. While we already serve 170k global organizations, including 70% of the Fortune 500, we are continuing to invest to win the business segment, with ambitious plans to grow our Gross Bookings.The U4B Strategic Operations, New Verticals team owns a number of key growth verticals within the U4B portfolio, including Automotive, Hospitality, and Airlines. These verticals drive incremental growth for U4B and are becoming a new frontier for how we think about verticalized product solutions, unique customer experiences, and complex integrations.We are expanding our team at critical time where you will drive the strategic vision and have a significant impact right off the bat.Role Responsibilities
Program management - Program manage the execution of strategic initiatives in partnership with cross-functional partners (Product, Sales, Marketing, Support, Sales operations, etc.)
Analytics - Use your analytical skills to drive strategy and business insights:
Build and maintain reporting to track progress across a variety of top line and operational metrics
Communicate findings and insights to diverse audiences including Uber for Business leadership and cross functional teams in Monthly Business Reviews or other forums
Product strategy and launch - Partner with Product and Product Ops to build the product roadmap and launch new products
Share insights on customer needs based on research and client feedback
Design and operationalize new corporate solutions, e.g., business-specific ride types
Support (or in some cases, lead) new product feature and/or geography launches
Be a product subject matter expert - Become an expert on an Uber for Business product area, such business travel programs, and leverage that expertise to support sales and technical teams in their work
Sales strategy and enablement - Help set go-to-market strategy for your product area, and provide materials and tracking to support sales execution
Understand key use cases, identify target clients, develop global and regional sales playbooks, and track use case adoption
Partner with with marketing to improve or build out new sales collateral
Participate in client calls and negotiations for top clients and craft client proposals and incentive plans for large deals
Basic Qualifications
4+ years of experience in project/program management, operations, analytics or related field OR an MBA and 2+ years of related work experience
Experienced SQL user or similar query language
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without requiring current or future sponsorship for employment-based visa status
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B partnership strategy, proven ability to investigate and identify new customer segments/vertical s
Strong business acumen, with experience evaluating a line of business and understanding how to drive growth
Analytical thinker, with experience using data to drive business decisions
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience managing meetings and presentations with senior leaders
Strong organization and project management skills, including ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously
Skilled in synthesizing information quickly to distill key takeaways, and to weave insights into a compelling story that clarifies and inspires
Experience building deep relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, anticipating their concerns and successfully advocating for your priorities
Comfort addressing ambiguity, for example, shifting priorities or unfamiliar problems
An ability to identify new sales use cases, playbook findings, and share out with regional teams to gain adoption and accelerate growth

You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
