Job SummaryAs a Project Manager with the Chase Amazon Cobrand Team, you will be responsible for collaborating across the Amazon team to advance shared initiatives, drive accountability, implement best practices, and provide data/content for leadership to support the day-to-day. Additional responsibilities will include supporting the Business Strategy Lead by managing the Amazon team's T&E budget, JMF fund, and the planning and execution of both partner-related and internal Chase team events. This role provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with teams on the Amazon Cobrand Team, cross-functional teams across the Card Business and Chase, and external Amazon partners. Candidate must be a strong self-starter who can proactively engage with stakeholders and demonstrate critical thinking without formal directionJob responsibilitiesThis person will be responsible for, but not limited to,
Collaborate across the Amazon team to advance shared initiatives, identify and implement best practices, and provide data and content for leadership
Establish and drive accountability for deliverables and timelines that support the Amazon organization's priorities
Leverage business acumen to identify and surface opportunities that progress our business strategy
Manage the Amazon T&E budget, JMF fund, and planning/execution of both partner-related and internal Chase team events
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3+ years of program management and/or business management experience, ideally in the financial services sector
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)

Ability to manage, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneously
Be a strong self-starter who can proactively engage with a virtual, cross-organizational team and demonstrate critical thinking without formal direction

Possess s trong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross-functional teams through stakeholder management
Effectively communicate (both verbal and written) across all levels and functions, including ability to influence and negotiate
Work across the Amazon team to understand priorities and to drive decisions on approach, sequencing, and timing
Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer
