A successful candidate should have strong entrepreneurial spirit and an interest in media and marketing with a passion and curiosity for working across multiple teams. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring data platform to ensure accuracy, reliability, and efficiency in data operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and drive continuous improvement in data operations.ResponsibilitiesMonitor databases, data warehouses, and data pipelines to ensure data integrity and availability.Monitor data quality checks and monitoring processes to identify and resolve data issues.Support data integration, user onboarding and client onboarding activities.Create and maintain documentation for data processes, standards, and best practices.Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance data operations efficiency.Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for data-related issues.Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics to drive innovation and improvement.Strategic LeadershipDemonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with internal team members across various teams and timezonesDemonstrate strong problem-solving skills and drive forward efforts to continue evolving and optimizing workflows and data quality processesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.Proven experience in data operations, data management, or database administration.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Desired Skills & ExperienceMedia Agency experience and knowledge of traditional/digital media (as well as metrics available for reporting from digital channels) is a huge plusPrior experience with Project Management Tools/Systems (i.e. Asana, JIRA)Certifications in data management or related fields are a plus We See You At IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
