Director, Program ManagementBrand: Estée Lauder CompaniesDescriptionJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic program manager to support an in-progress, multi-year transformation of the digital technology and experiences that comprise ELC’s omnichannel business. This individual will play a critical role in steering the program through its various phases, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and seamless execution across a complex matrixed organization. This is an opportunity to help lead a highly visible global initiative that is shaping the future of ELC’s digital capabilities.Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
· Support the SVP, Digital Technology & Experience in driving the end-to-end execution of the transformation program.· Ensure program alignment with the strategic goals and objectives of ELC’s omnichannel business and the Digital Technology & Experience team.· Oversee the development and implementation of program plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.· Ensure the team is adequately resourced and equipped to meet program objectives while adhering to budgetary constraints, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.· Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation, ensuring proactive problem-solving and contingency planning.
Stakeholder Management:
· Navigate a complex matrixed organization, coordinating with various brands, regions, functions, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective collaboration.· Communicate program progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership and key stakeholders.· Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate technical requirements into business terms and vice versa.· Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns, conflicts, or issues that may arise during the program lifecycle.
Performance Monitoring:
· Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and impact.· Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.· Prepare and present comprehensive program reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.QualificationsQualifications· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.· 7 years of experience and a proven track record in project and program management, with a focus on large-scale digital transformation initiatives within matrixed organizations; experience from a top-tier consulting firm is a plus.· Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital tech, and industry best practices.· Excellent and persuasive written and oral communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling content, tailor messages by audience, and facilitate in virtual and live environments.· Self-starter with strong initiative, energy, independence, accountability, and attention to detail, who proactively identifies opportunities, confidently navigates ambiguity and complexity, and translates strategy, challenges, and emerging priorities into action.· Deadline-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts, successfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks, and be flexible in a fast-changing environment.· Ability to navigate and influence a complex global organizational structure, develop rapport and relationships with colleagues globally, and manage multiple stakeholder groups.· PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,550 – $208,200.Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
