As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Program Manager – Employee Networks StrategyResponsible for the design, development and implementation of strategy and processes for Centene’s enterprise Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) as well as their chapters at business units across the organization. Also responsible for the design, development and co-implementation of future employee networks in formats aligned to identified needs. Provides overall strategic guidance and tools to enable employee group leadership to manage their networks effectively and efficiently. Enables the continued evolution of Centene’s employee networks and their frameworks to enhance value to group members and impact to the organization as well as optimize related processes and structure. This role has no direct reports.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Support strategy development to drive impact through the EIGs in key pillars of development, innovation, community engagement, mentoring, networking as well as in any priority areas identified for future employee networks.

Serve as trusted advisor to the employee networks across the enterprise, including at the business unit level ensuring the EIGs have resources, information, governance and processes in alignment with their mission and strategy as well as design and enhance operational processes such as budget management, succession planning, leadership selection and transition processes.

Continuously assess, update and create as needed appropriate processes, toolkits, guidelines, policies and practices, that support efficient and effective operations of the employee networks.

Development and enhancement of the processes through which business unit chapters of employee networks are established.

Manage internal and external stakeholder partnerships that advance talent, community and business impact objectives for the EIGs such as collaborating with Talent Attraction & Acquisition in recruiting diverse talent to the organization.

Engage in the delivery of the annual Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit, specifically enabling the strategic planning and goal setting segments for the employee networks.

In alignment with the responsibility of oversight of the strategic planning processes for the employee networks, act as the primary relationship manager between the Employee Inclusion Group leadership and their Executive Sponsors, facilitating their guidance of their corresponding groups strategy.

Keep current on employee network best practices, updates and trends and applies effective benchmarks to measure the impact of EIG programs and initiatives.

Education/Experience:

BA/BS in Organization Development, Business Administration, HR, IO Psychology or related field and a minimum of 4+ years related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Passionate about diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), employee development and engagement; experience in DEI preferred, but not required. Demonstrated experience in leading Employee/Business Resource/Inclusion Groups (or equivalent).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in writing, speaking and presenting information; experience drafting and delivering executive-level presentations and communications.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence without positional authority; a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization, across functions and across cultural dimensions.

Exceptional project/program management skills and the ability to structure and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive to completion in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail.

Strong analytical and data skills; ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into insights; ability to manage complex budgets.

High proficiency in MS Office programs, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to adapt to and learn new software programs/systems.

Ability to work both independently and as a strong, supportive team member.

This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the USPay Range: $67,400.00 - $121,300.00 per yearCentene offers a comprehensive benefits package including: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
