In this dynamic environment, you ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey.As a Product Delivery PMO Senior Associate in the Client Service and Implementation team ( CS&I), you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. Your focus will be the governance to ensure sustained execution across functions, product lines, and lines of business. This is a complex task that needs clarity of thought and focused effort to ensure that the team can deliver what is needed in an effective and efficient way. You will work closely with the Product Lead MD, the ED PMO/Chief of Staff, and a community of delivery professionals to keep the tempo up and retain appropriate control over activity across the book of work. CS&I Product is responsible for delivering an excellent experience for Client Service and Implementations employees in the J. P. Morgan Payments Business and the Commercial Bank. The team collaboratively designs and develops a platform that facilitates best-in-class set-up & maintenance of clients, entities, accounts, products, and services; resolution of common client inquiries; and dissemination of insightsJob responsibilities:

Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

Run the group's operating rhythm to ensure that planning and execution are coordinated and that the team knows what is coming and when

Interact with and provide guidance to a broad network

Anticipate, collate, and manage CS&I Product Risk, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies in a light-touch manner to provide visibility and focus for senior management

Preparation for and delivery of governance events across JPM Payments and the Commercial Bank to ensure appropriate investment and oversight

Generate efficient reporting that provides transparency and accountability with minimal overhead for team while enabling a clear story

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area

Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

Experience in product deployment processes

Self-starter able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment

Excellent relationship-building skills, with ability to establish trust and credibility across senior stakeholders, lines of business and functions

Strong time-management and organizational skills with ability to objectively prioritize

Knowledge and established network in one or all of JP Morgan Payments Product, Operations, and Technology

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

Able to generate high quality story-telling in PowerPoint

Experienced in issue resolution and risk management

Experience with Confluence and JIRA toolset

Good understanding of agile product development lifecycle
