Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the health of product adoption and internal tooling/processes.

Communicate the state of business, experiment results, opportunities, etc. to product, 118n, or PQ teams.

Influence and inform product teams through presentation of data-based recommendations.

Lead the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with Product Quality, Internationalization, Product Management, Engineering, Design, Content Strategy, or Data Science teams.

Influence the roadmap of the partner engineering teams to drive a ruthless focus on the most impactful ideas.

Communicate and simplify concepts to build buy-in with the partner teams.

Establish a shared vision across the company for international growth or usability product optimizations by building consensus on priorities leading to major product improvements.

Partner with Product Designers, who are also members of our growth-focused product & engineering teams, to ensure that designs incorporate known best practices, remove friction, and will be effective at increasing product adoption in the market.

Choose the best targeting, channel, and message to drive product adoption.

Take product optimizations best practices that are known to be effective and implement them in other places.

Partner with Meta's Engineering and Data Science sectors to develop and implement experiments to test hypotheses for which changes will drive product adoption and growth.

Optimize funnels to reduce friction and drive the best possible experience for users who are going through any product flows necessary to become users of our products and services.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:

Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Applied Analytics, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field and 3 years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 3 years of experience in the following:

Quantitative analysis

Working collaboratively with product team members such as: product management, engineering, design, data science, or data engineering

Manipulating data sets through statistical software such as R, SAS, Pivot Tables, or equivalent

Product optimization work including funnel/website optimization or outbound communication channels such as email or push notifications

SQL and Python

Hypothesis testing, product experimentation, regressions, or experimentation logic and biases

Building pipelines with SQL and Python

Developing KPIS and metrics

Leading and developing analytical frameworks.
