Core Responsibilities
Manage the IT End User Device Management Team
Maintain the End User Services portion of the XM10 budget
Ensure proper disposal procedures are followed
Determine device obsolescence purchases and procure devices as part of technology refresh
Sustain inventory for all regions of End User Services
Asses new technologies in conjunction with Enterprise Architecture
Provide up-to-date and accurate inventory information utilizing ServiceNow's CMDB
Guarantee compliance with vendor related service level agreements
Perform organizational change management in relation to changes to end user technology
Required Education/Experience
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' relevant experience IT, Tech Support, Asset Management, Finance or
Associate's Degree and 5 years' relevant experience IT, Tech Support, Asset Management, Finance or
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' relevant experience IT, Tech Support, Asset Management, Finance
Preferred Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' relevant experience IT, Tech Support, Asset Management, Finance
Relevant Work Experience
3-5 years Technology Support Required or
3-5 years Asset Management and Budget Tracking/Forecasting Required and
3-5 years Supervising management and contacted personnel Required
