DescriptionThe Creator team’s mission is to make Amazon the Earth’s most desired destination for commerce creators and their content. We own the Associates and Influencer programs and brands across Amazon to ensure a cohesive experience, expand creators’ opportunities to earn through innovation, and launch experiences that reinforce feelings of achievement for creators. Within Creators, the Compensation team strives to make Amazon the best place for creators to earn. We collectively accomplish that mission by capturing creator-driven events, offering the right incentives to drive efficient results, accurately determine creator earnings, and ensuring correct and timely payouts.We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented leader to oversee the strategy and product vision for event capture, attribution, and payments. This is a highly visible position that requires a candidate with the proven ability to Think Big by developing an ambitious roadmap with Engineering and Dive Deep to understand the system changes required to deliver. This leader will work across geographies, business lines, and functions to innovate for creators. Successful candidates are leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of innovating and delivering results. You should have strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, strong data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience working with cross-functional teams.You must be a strong owner and influencer, and someone who can think beyond the way things have always been done.Key job responsibilities Monitor industry changes, technologies, and trends, determining when they should or shouldn't drive strategic, tactical, or roadmap shifts. Event capture and attribution product lead, defining product vision, roadmap, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Own performance metrics and success criteria for your products, as well as owning key levers for efficiency in the business P&L. Work with WW creators leads to develop requirements and drive education and rollout in 22 countries. Create sustainable cross-functional and cross-product mechanisms to drive results while monitoring product and business health. Reduce defects and improve business performance through innovation and automation. Tirelessly improve products that will benefit creators and Amazon while owning the tools automating compensation changes. Conduct complex business analyses that identify opportunities to drive growth in our general creator population by extending learnings from BD teams within and across countries, in addition to deep dives. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of the Creator team.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:New York, NY, USA | Seattle, WA, USABasic Qualifications

5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

Experience managing technical products or online services

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with technologies like Hadoop, Rules based systems and Machine learning

Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

Experience partnering closely with science and Applied Science teams to develop products at scale

Experience developing ML products with direct business application and benefit

The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
