Our 2200+ ad tech & media company clients enjoy the unmatched quality and award-winning customer service that helps them identify sales opportunities, create bulletproof pitches, and get the most from every sale.We are seeking a Data Processing Associate to organize and process physical mail, conduct root cause analysis, troubleshoot problems, and assist on related projects as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to manage their own day to day workflows, but also pivot quickly as priorities change while having a great attention to detail. A successful day in this position is securing missing data, inputting new data into our proprietary database, all while hitting turnaround times.What You’ll Do:

Process print media efficiently and maintain quality standards, including sorting, inspecting, organizing, and entering media information.

Operate various machines such as paper cutters and scanners, troubleshoot equipment issues, and escalate as needed.

Communicate with publishers regarding subscription problems and missing inventory.

Maintain accurate records of media kits and purchasing.

Assist in developing continuous improvement projects for departmental efficiency.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Availability to work 4-5 days a week at our Manhattan office.

Physical ability to bend, walk, and lift objects weighing up to 40 lbs.

1-2 years of relevant experience in Data Processing or Inventory Management.

Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Proactive approach to seeking clarity, reporting errors, and suggesting process improvements.

Actively engage with and provide feedback on provided tools.

Effective time management skills for managing projects and daily tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite programs.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables, is a plus.
