This position will be the customer's first line contact for the CRDN daily operations at assigned accounts.This position is a field-based and regional role. Support the regional CRDN sales strategy as set forth by the Area Sales Director; working with sales representatives and managers of all business units to achieve business plans. The DM and Area Sales Director may include primary responsibility for sales if no other sales representative is assigned to the business unit. Deliver and/or manage projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. Managing and overseeing projects – from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. Exercises considerable latitude in determining deliverables of assignments, with limited oversight from manager. Coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level specialists Develops solutions to moderately complex problems, and/or makes moderate to significant improvements of processes, systems, or products independently to enhance performance of job area. Implements solutions to problemsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME

High School Diploma and 11 years clinical or sales experience in healthcare OR

Associate Degree and 9 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcare OR

Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of clinical or sales experience in healthcareDESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Preference toward local candidates with cath lab sales experience

Prefer sales experience in capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and in-hospital pharmaceutical.Medical device sales is especially preferred but not required

Completion of a strong sales training program

Demonstrated high level of sales performance in a highly technical, competitive, and volatile environment

Demonstrated skills in account, inventory, expense, and budget management

Demonstrated skills in sales planning, organization and execution

Consistent success working in a variety of business conditions

Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel

Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment

Continual self-development

Computer (PC) literacy
