Our client a major financial services firm headquartered in NYC has a long-term project for an experienced Project Manager. This is a long-term project (6 months), with the potential to convert to a direct-hire position. The position is fully remote.

Role Overview: Managing overall team engagement (e.g., managing demand and project requests, tracking metrics, building reports, managing calendars, compiling monthly impact reports, coordinating event logistics) Research and develop creative awareness materials based on current threats and best practices Supporting cybersecurity awareness initiatives (e.g., written production, staff presentations, phishing testing, wargames) as needed

Support creation of Project Plans and ensure regular update using Microsoft Project (maintain task assignments; track, monitor and report progress; document next steps; update teammates etc.) Support creation of and maintain program and project documentation (meeting minutes, project metrics, program playbooks etc.) Problem solver, quick learner, action oriented.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably in a marketing/communications, computer science business administration discipline. Advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus. 2+ years of experience in business administration, marketing/communications, or information security functions. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. 5 years in Project Management Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals Track record of effective and innovative project management and project delivery Executive presence and adaptive communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Team player who collaborates well with others to solve problems Ability to develop detailed process and procedure documentation Basic understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals to enable collaboration with subject matter experts Experience with (or training in) information security a plus. PMP Certification Industry certifications such as CSX, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ a plus.
