Senior Supply Chain Security Engineer (SVP)

Job Description Summary: Within the CISO function, the Cyber Security Engineering team is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to focus on hardening the software supply chain. Job Description: Citi, the world s leading financial enterprise, is focusing on developing cutting edge software supply chain technologies and build systems. As part of this role it is expected that you will be working with the open source community to design and develop solutions that would benefit the community as well as our enterprise. You will also be responsible for developing secure build systems and their associated technologies as well as shaping the direction of next generation secure build systems. What the role covers: Building end to end secure architectures for the build systems Working closely with SDLC build teams Developing and securing infrastructure for secure components of the build chain Partnering with centralized platform teams, DevOps teams, SecOps teams and the developer community directly to foster change, and gain buy in, for all solutions engineered. Job Skills/ Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience Good oral and written communication skills Knowledge of security best practices in relationship to securely building software Understanding of build systems, SDLC s Development experience in Python, Go or Java Experience with developing and interacting with open source technologies DevOps or DevSecOps experience.
