QEWI (Qualified Exterior Wall Inspector)

We are currently seeking a FAÇADE INSPECTOR (QEWI)

The inspector's responsibilities include:

Identifying building envelope defects

Perform close-up inspections from suspended scaffolding, etc

Identify scope of work

Proficiency with AutoCAD

Prepare Progress and FISP reports

Qualifications:

NYS PE or RA License with QEWI certification

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with efficiently and with accuracy

Takes responsibility for own work.

Experience:

Facade inspection for NYC DOB: 3 years (Preferred)

Education: Licensed PE or RA
