Brooklyn-based Architecture and Design firm is seeking a Junior Architect to join our team of architects

and interior designers.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience and be able to produce high quality presentations and

drawing sets under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assisting with preparation of presentations for clients

- Drafting / detailing residential drawing sets for construction

- Drafting residential drawing sets for Dept of Building and Landmarks filings

- Assisting with construction administration duties

- Attending select OAC meetings during Construction Administration

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3-5 years’ experience

- Minimum education: Bachelor of Architecture

- Experience in architectural drafting and detailing

- Proficient in AutoCAD

- Proficient in Rhino modeling and CS Suite

- AutoCAD for MAC knowledge, a plus

- Ability to hand sketch, a plus

- Experience working on high-end residential and hospitality projects, a plus

- Experience with NYC Dept of Building and Landmarks filing drawings, a plus
