Early Childhood Education Director - Certified

Requirements:

- BA/ MA in Early Childhood Education

- Fingerprinting & undergo background check

- Minimum 2 years teaching children under the age of 5

- Must be responsible, reliable, hardworking and willing to learn

- Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Descriptions: Run the day-to-day operation safely and smoothly including but not limited to:

overseeing the plans, development, and organizing the curriculum and activities for children effectively

overseeing lessons that encourages children’s cognitive and social growth

overseeing curricula supplies, furniture and equipment for the program

direct, support and build strong relationships with employees, children, families, the community and agencies

understanding NYC rules and regulation for daycare compliances

thorough knowledge of policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the school and agencies

great oral and writing skills
