Support agent (remote)

We are looking for a Remote Support Agent to assist delivery drivers through online chat. Our company provides real-time support, helping drivers resolve issues quickly and efficiently while they’re on the road.

Responsibilities:

Respond to driver inquiries via online chat

Provide clear and accurate solutions to delivery-related problems

Guide drivers through app-related issues and troubleshooting

Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions

Document and report common issues to improve support processes

Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Previous customer support experience is a plus

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
