We offer full-time, part-time seasonal positions, and exciting partnership opportunities at various office locations. Remote positions are available for qualified candidates. Join us in preparing federal and state tax returns for existing clients and expanding our customer base.

Available Positions:

1. Full Time Tax Professional (Seasonal)

2. Part Time Tax Professional (Seasonal)

3. Tax Office Manager (Seasonal Full Time)

4. Partnership Opportunities (Qualified Candidates Only)

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients

- Conduct in-person and remote client interviews to gather accurate financial information

- Utilize tax laws to optimize client tax positions

- Organize, input, and process tax returns promptly

- Cultivate customer relationships to expand our business and tax-related products

- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and technology utilization

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in preparing individual Federal (1040) and State tax returns

- Active EA or CPA designation (a plus)

- Strong English language skills; bilingual Spanish speakers (a plus)

- Familiarity with Drake Tax Software (a plus)

- Possess an active IRS PTIN

Compensation:

- Hourly, Commission, or Partnership basis

- Hourly Range: $18-$25/hour

- Commission Range: 3%-30%

- Minority or Majority Partnership available
