Director, Financial SystemsWe have a major client seeking a new Director Financial Systems. You will lead, manage and own Financial ERP systems at this organization and be responsible for driving utilization, customization and upgrade projects. You will have experience building relationships across companies, with a particular focus with aligning goals with the Finance department. The ability to influence in order to drive change is important.

Skills

In-depth experience with major Financial ERP systems (either Oracle Cloud Financials or Netsuite highly preferred).
Senior Manager / Director level experience.
Proven track record of Financial ERP upgrade and implementation experience.
Ability to ensure projects run on-time and to-budget.
Excellent communication skills and ability to foster strong business relationships with stakeholders.
Comfortable with visible position and regular interaction with C-Suite.
Change management.
People management.
Superb communication and leadership skills.
