BOATYARD / MARINA HELP

looking for a boatyard technician. Must be willing to help out wherever needed, comfortable working outside in marine weather conditions and committed to delivering the highest level of customer service.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for maintaining general cleanliness of the boatyard and shop.

Power wash and clean boats.

General boat maintenance, sanding, bottom painting and shrink-wrap, winterizing

Working with boat handling, launching and hauling

When needed, assist with unskilled maintenance and Be willing to learn.

Must be honest, dependable, and timely with the ability to confidently work without direct supervision.

Must have valid drivers license

Mechanical or Fiberglass experience a plus.
