Packing and Shipping Part Time

G Fuel, located in Hauppauge, is seeking additional packers and shippers to become a part of our dynamic, awesome and friendly team. We are now recruiting for full and part time positions.

The ideal candidate will be personable, disciplined, productive, hard working and maintain excellent communication skills.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Must be able to read and speak English

Handle outbound deliveries using pre-designated software and barcode scanner

Pull, pack and ship finished goods

Wrap products in bulk to prepare for delivery

Create customer samples packs

Ensure that orders contain the right products

Adhere to packaging procedures to ensure safety of shipment

Check products for defects and accuracy

Process customers' orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way

Report and replace any defective item prior to packing

Prepare invoices and paste labels on shipments

Verify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types

Ensure that items are properly packed and labeled

Ensure that the warehouse and workstation is cleaned and maintained at all times

Restock workstation

Take part in general inventory procedures

Approximate Hours Per Week 20-32, flexible. Full time possible for the right candidate.
