Maintenance Mechanic / Handy Man

If you’re looking for a steady job (40 hours a week, Monday-Friday) than this is THE JOB FOR YOU

Duties include day to day maintenance and servicing our buildings. The duties to perform is: repair sheetrock walls, plaster, electrical, painting, repairs on roofs, and more.

Candidate MUST have clean background, valid driver’s license, transportation and tools.

Reliable transportation

For foreign applicants, a valid ITIN Number is needed.

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30-5:00

Salary is starting at $25.00-$30.00 per hour depending on experience
