Live-In Home Health Aide Needed – Manhasset, NY

Looking for a compassionate, experienced, and dedicated private home health aide for a live-in, 24-hour care position in Manhasset, NY, to assist my elderly mother. We are seeking someone who can provide high-quality, patient-centered care and is comfortable with a live-in arrangement.

Requirements:

Must be a certified home health aide with experience in elderly care

Skilled in personal care assistance, medication management, and mobility support

Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor

Ability to provide companionship, emotional support, and create a warm environment

Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Must have references and be willing to undergo a background check

Responsibilities:

Assisting with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, etc.)

Managing medications and monitoring health needs

Meal preparation and light housekeeping

Support with mobility and exercises

Providing companionship and emotional support

Schedule:

Live-in, 24-hour coverage with appropriate breaks

Days off and other details to be discussed
