In need of a licensed Physical Therapist for private case. Client has Medicare and UHC for billing.

Need someone who can go to his home 2-3x per week.

Must be licensed, reliable, available one day on the weekend.

One hour session.

You need to bill Medicare for your services.

Must supply references.

Pass a background check.

Must have your own Malpractice Insurance.
