What You’ll Do:

Lead and support the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and counter staff

Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations

Train, schedule, and motivate staff

Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care

Work closely with kitchen leadership to maintain efficient service flow

Manage cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the dining and service areas

Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and service standards

Assist with events, promotions, and daily service planning

Experience in a supervisory or management role in hospitality

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment
