We are looking for an experienced baker to join our rapidly growing team of culinary enthusiasts.

Who we are:

We are a newly opened Gourmet Italian specialty shop in the heart of Port Washington specializing in in-house artisanal pasta production, wood fired artisanal pizza, as well as gourmet prepared foods, ready to go meals, and of course our popular crafted to order sandwiches served on our house made focaccia.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, self-starter who is looking to grow and make their mark.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- taking over our current dough production

- creating and executing sesaonal specialties

- inventory management

- understanding and following recipes

- Maintain a clean and safe space in accordance with operations and sanitation guidelines.

- Foster a positive work environment

- Strong team player with a receptive attitude towards feedback.
