Prep Cook/Line Cook

Our seasonal snack bar, Jennie’s at Drossos (sister restaurant is Ellen’s on Front in Greenport) is seeking a full time line cook for the summer season. This person would completely run the show there. Previous experience on the line and ordering is required.
