Creative Cook & Kitchen Leadership Position

Seasonal Position in kitchen on Dune Road at Quogue Beach Club. Pre and post season work in addition preferred. Beginning of June to Mid-September, season run's memorial day to labor day. Looking for a positive, fun, energetic being with cooking experience. This position will require food prep, lunch execution, menu planning and training of younger employees on food. 8 hr shifts , 3-5 days a week preferable. Suffolk County Food Handlers Certificate requested, can obtain during season as well. Thinking outside the box, long hours on feet, and open mindedness is key. Majority of staff is young so patience is a virtue. This is a learning kitchen that produces high quality creative dishes. We would love for you to join our team.
