Local favorite Spot is looking for a Manager with a love for service, interaction with guests, guiding and encouraging employees. Must be available Afternoons ,Evenings ,Weekends and Holidays.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

● Resolving customer Issues regarding food quality and service.

● Ability to work well with other team members, strong desire to be part of a team

● Order supplies and equipment

● Opening or closing the restaurant depending on shift- ensuring proper set up or break down, checking side work.

● Creating the perfect ambiance with lighting, music and temperature. Adjusting throughout shift accordingly.

● Leading service- overseeing FOH staff throughout the shift to insure efficient and effective service to ensure guest satisfaction.

● Training and Educating Staff in service standards.

● Knowing all house policies and protocols and enforcing accordingly.

● Must Have Knowledge Of Bar And Wine List .

Minimum qualifications:

● 5 year’s experience in the service industry.

● Extensive customer service experience.

● Positive attitude.

● Suffolk County Food Safety Certificate ( a must or at least agree to get it as soon as you're hired).

● POS knowledge

● Must Be Able To Maintain Daily Spread Sheet

Must be available Mornings, Weekends and Holidays. The candidate needs to be Punctual, Reliable, and Communicative. This role assists in making sure the business complies with health

and food safety regulations.
