Construction Laborer Needed

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to assist on a residential rehabilitation project.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting skilled tradesmen, maintaining a clean and safe work

environment, and performing various physical tasks as needed. We value team members who are reliable, hardworking, and communicate well. Experience is welcome but not required; what matters most is a positive attitude, common sense, and strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Conscientiously, proactively and efficiently clean and prepares job site by removing debris and materials

Perform basic construction tasks (e.g., demolition, framing assistance)

Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment

Operate hand and power tools as directed

Follow all safety guidelines and ensure the site is secure

Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Punctual, reliable, honest & pleasant

Experience in construction or remodeling preferred

Schedule: Full-day shifts several days per week; temporary position with potential for ongoing work.
