Small Contracting Company looking for carpenters and carpenter's assistant/ laborer for jobs in Northern Dutchess/ Southern Columbia county for residential construction projects. Centered around Germantown, NY

Completely willing to train the right person. Looking for the right attitude.

Candidates must have/be:

-Physically strong

- Upbeat and positive.

- Motivated self starters

-Mechanical Aptitude

-Attention to Detail

-Reliable Transportation

-Punctuality

-Comfort on ladders

-Comfortable not looking at your phone every 3 minutes. (it's a thing.)

Some experience preferred but not necessary to apply. Willing to train a motivated person. Hablo un poco espanol.

Part time/ Full Time. Pay based on experience. starting @ $18-20 and up
