Nurse/LPN Private Duty

I'm looking for responsible AND reliable Private Duty home care LPN/RN to work with my daughter. She ambulates with assistance using AFOS to move about and uses a stander daily. If you are interested please email me. You Must be able to bill Medicaid as your own NYS Medicaid provider for a high rate patient. The current available open shifts are every Saturday 8PM to 8AM. Sunday 8AM to 8PM. 16 hour shift Sunday 8PM to 12PM. . Filling other shifts is a plus but not a deal breaker. Some open availability is helpful but not required. Smoke free household.
