Lead Line Cook, Pizza Experience

Im looking for a Lead Line Cook or Sous Chef with pizza experience.

Attention to detail a must. NYC experience is a plus. We are a Salumaria, small plate concept. Using locally sourced ingredients and sustainable food.

We are a small team and are looking for the last piece to the puzzle. Creativity and enthusiasm is encouraged, our menu will not only change seasonally but often.

Must own knives. I will train the right person who is looking to take the next step.
