Bartenders, Dishwashers, Line Cooks, Sous Chef , Chef

Essie's in Poughkeepsie is looking to rebuild its team. We are searching for enthusiastic and talented professionals to join our team. We currently have positions available for Bartenders, Chef, Sous Chef, Line Cooks, Dishwashers and Servers.

For Bartenders, individuals should have 1-2years experience in a casual dining restaurant to be considered. Individuals interested in Bartending positions must be well versed in crafted cocktail production, and have experience in cocktail development.

Dishwashers, experience preferred, but not required just a hard work ethic.

For the Line Cook position we are seeking an individual who is willing to work hard and learn from a great chef. The Line cook should have 1-2yrs experience.

Sous Chef position requires 2-3yrs of management experience and several years of cooking experience.

Chef position requires minimum 5yrs experience, skills include ordering, cost control, leadership, and menu development.
