Lot/general maintenance worker

We are looking for responsible, self-motivated, skilled worker to do simple tasks on the lot and inside the warehouse. Jobs involving the use of common tools and equipment, general cleaning, small repairs. Job located on Riparius, Rt 8 and 1(by the Hundson river)
