Certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide

Medication Technician

Supervisor

Dietary Assistant

Both full-time and part-time opportunities available on all shifts!

All positions at Horizons are eligible for a $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Must be dependable, hardworking and willing to work as part of a team. Candidates who enjoy providing quality care to seniors in a community living setting are encouraged to apply.

PCA or HHA certification required for some direct care positions.
