Looking for Property Preservation Sub-contractors

We are looking for property preservation sub-contractors to work with in and around Corning and Elmira NY. We are expanding our coverage in Steuben, Chemung, Tompkins and Schuyler counties. As much as we can cover. We can provide trip charge for specific work orders based on distance.

We are looking for people who can take on any type of preservation work. We currently provide work like Winterizations, Snow removals, Initial securing, Bid request/Approvals etc. We also provide gigs in tenant maintenance properties.
