$1 Million in Commercial General Liability

$1 Million in Automobile Liability (Any Auto OR All Owned, Hired, and Non-Owned Auto box/boxes much be checked)

$1 Million in Workers Compensation Insurance

Note: If you are not required to carry Workers Compensation we will except $1 Million in Occupational Accident w/ Contingent Liability.

$100 Thousand in Motor Truck Cargo Legal Liability
