Maintenance Technician

Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! Birgo is a mission-driven company seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician. This person will handle maintenance at a multi-family community in Hamlin Park, Buffalo, and float to Hamburg and West Seneca as needed.

Skills Needed: Trades such as drywall, painting, turnovers, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC (forced air, central air, and building-wide boiler systems (preferred)), ability to complete a turnover independently

Requirements: Insured vehicle and active driver's license, Eligible to work in the United States, Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance

Pay: $23-$25/hour. Weekly pay

Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm w/ rotating on call
