Apartment Maintenance Technicians

Compensation: $22.00-23.00

Employment type: Full-Time Year Round

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring installation

HVAC experience helpful

Must have your own hand tools

Full Time 40 Hour work week

Must have a driver's license & good transportation ; be able to pass a background check
