As a Dietary Supervisor, you will oversee the production of all food served from the kitchen to the patients. You are to inspect the kitchen daily and maintain a required level of cleanliness.

You as a Dietary Supervisor will be responsible for training your staff and caring for our residents' daily needs.

We are in search of Per Diem Dietary Supervisors-Must be available for Weekends.

As a Dietary Supervisor You Will Be Responsible For The Following :

Assist the Director to assure all Department of Health regulations are observed in the preparation and service of meals

Preparation of all menus and scheduling of staff

Supervising dining services personnel and enforces departmental policies and procedures to provide timely, quality food service to our residents

Direct Dietary Aides in service and clean-up of meal services to ensure all standards are met

Complete all forms and reports as assigned according to departmental policies and procedures
